Why Organic?

Choosing to feed your family organic food reduces your risk of exposure to pesticides, GMOs, antibiotics, and hormones, and promotes the development of long-lasting, good eating habits.

Organic foods contain higher concentrations of antioxidants, while the non-organic food contain higher levels of the toxic metal cadmium. According to the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), antioxidants are man-made or natural substances that can prevent or delay cell damage, which lowers the risk of certain diseases." Fruits and vegetables are rich sources of antioxidants, but organic fruits and vegetables are especially filled with these helpful molecules. Mame Kitchen makes every effort to utilize high quality safest and healthful ingredients!
