The founder, Nobuko Sezaki grew up in a large family in Japan. As a child she learned cooking from the family kitchen where majority of the most wonderful moments had been shared. Cooking had been the entire familys affair, Exchanges of food among relatives and friends were frequent. Fresh caught seafood was brought from relatives from ocean sides when rice was delivered from our friends' rice field. Our neighbors shared their home made soy sauce, miso paste and tofu when the family has produced own vegetables from their garden. She started a small catering business nine years ago serving exclusively cooperate employees. After gaduated from International Clinary School in 2011, Nobuko expands her curiousity and is commited to serve real wholesome meals for busy mothers and employees.
